Purpose
Minorities in Consulting at UC San Diego seeks to empower and prepare underrepresented students for success in the consulting industry through established social settings. Our goals are to expand industry knowledge, develop professionalism, and elevate career readiness through workshops, mentorship, networking, and experiential learning. Members will gain exposure to consulting concepts, professional development, and social capital. The organization aims to serve as a catalyst for diversifying consulting, building UC San Diego’s reputation in business, and contributing to the socio-economic advancement of our members.
