- Purpose
- The Minority Law Association (MLA) at UC San Diego is dedicated to supporting the academic and professional development of undergraduate students from underrepresented and marginalized communities who are interested in pursuing careers in law. Through mentorship, networking events, and guest speakers from the legal field, MLA equips members with knowledge, experience, and confidence to navigate legal education and professions. MLA also fosters an inclusive and empowering space for students to discuss issues affecting their communities, build meaningful connections, and advocate for greater equity and representation within the legal system.
