- The purpose of Ascend UC San Diego is to empower and develop Pan-Asian and ally student leaders by providing professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. As part of Ascend, the largest Pan-Asian business professional organization in North America, our chapter seeks to prepare UCSD students for success in their academic, personal, and career pursuits. We aim to foster inclusive leadership, build connections with professionals and corporations, and create a supportive community that celebrates diversity while equipping members with the skills and experiences necessary to thrive in the global workforce.
