Purpose
The primary purpose of the Pronouns Project organization at UCSD is to uphold accountability and inclusivity among UCSD Health staff in order to promote protection of identity and respect for gender diverse students and staff. We give them the opportunity to share experiences related to gender diverse inclusivity in UCSD Health environments through a student-run initiative in order to uplift their voices, preserve the integrity of their reports, and preserve records of these experiences and health staff. The Pronouns Project will additionally serve as a platform to raise awareness surrounding LGBTQ+ issues and connect the community to information and resources.
