Purpose
The purpose of the Little Smiles Initiative (LSI) is to improve the health and well-being of children in underserved communities through health education, preventive care, and community outreach. LSI aims to make health information accessible and engaging for children while connecting UCSD students with meaningful service opportunities. Through educational workshops, volunteering, donation drives, and partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations, LSI works to give children the knowledge and resources they need to build healthy habits early in life.
