- Purpose
- The International Justice Mission at UC San Diego aims to combat human trafficking, violence, and modern slavery while empowering individuals. The organization strives to mobilize young people to build safer societies by promoting consistent information and healthy communication among diverse perspectives and ideas, while facilitating collaboration between the organization and San Diego stakeholders and coalitions. We plan to organize and empower the Triton community for awareness through the discourse of contemporary events involving global injustice. We will share information about human trafficking and global violence, educate individuals to encourage action against threats to freedom and dignity, and invite our audiences to share their perspectives and stories.
