Purpose
Teach it Forward is an initiative dedicated to reducing educational disparities and empowering K-12 students in underserved communities across San Diego. We aim to provide free, flexible tutoring services through both virtual and in-person sessions, with a focus on developing long-term mentorships that foster academic mastery and critical thinking skills. By connecting UC San Diego volunteer tutors with local students, our goal is to create a supportive learning environment that prepares students for future academic and career success, thus contributing to a more equitable educational landscape in San Diego. If you are an interested tutor, please fill out the following form and we will quickly reach out to you via the email you provide to discuss opportunities for involvement: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfuiVu83qY3EcGEnkCNikGNMCoHGmCmHco_6RtGe4gHSWx0jQ/viewform?usp=sf_link
