Purpose
The Black Business Association at UC San Diego is the premier Black professional organization and business network on campus, dedicated to empowering students through professional development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and career networking opportunities. Our mission is to promote professional and personal development at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the UC San Diego community and its surrounding areas. We aim to equip Black students with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in business industries while fostering leadership, innovation, and confidence. BBA members join a vibrant community of driven students pursuing careers and interests across various business fields. The organization celebrates diversity and welcomes students of all backgrounds while centering the advancement, representation, and success of Black students in business. Through our commitment to mentorship, inclusion, and empowerment, we strive to create pathways for lasting impact and generational excellence.
