Purpose
The purpose of Triton Investment Banking is to empower students to explore and pursue careers in investment banking and related fields through practical training, hands-on deal experience, and professional preparation. The organization aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the professional investment banking environment by simulating real-world workflows of investment banks. Members will develop technical and soft skills essential to the field, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, client communication, and transaction execution. Through structured training programs, networking opportunities, and live or simulated deal projects, members will gain the knowledge, confidence, and experience to compete for internships and full-time roles in finance, consulting, and corporate strategy. Ultimately, the Triton Investment Banking strives to cultivate a culture of professionalism, excellence, and teamwork—preparing its members to become ethical, capable, and impactful future leaders in the financial industry.
