Purpose
Our purpose is to educate the public about the importance of seals and sea lions in La Jolla Shores, with the emphasis of protecting mothers and pups. We want to provide educational opportunities for students to become docents, where they learn and advocate for the protection of these animals. The Seal Society Club at UC San Diego understands that the Sierra Club San Diego Chapter and its volunteers do not assume legal liability for the actions of the organization or its members.
