Purpose
Paper Airplanes at UC San Diego serves as the campus affiliate of the international nonprofit Paper Airplanes, connecting UCSD students with opportunities to tutor conflict-displaced individuals around the world. Our organization recruits and supports UCSD volunteers while Paper Airplanes provides all training, curriculum, and student matching. By acting as the link between UCSD tutors and Paper Airplanes, we uniquely expand access to education for refugees and conflict-affected students.
