The purpose of Phi Lambda Rho Sorority, Inc. is to promote academic excellence within its members, provide sisterhood, engage in community service, with emphasis in the Chicano (a) and Latino (a) community, and to instill the importance of retaining its roots for the sake of its identity by promoting the Chicano (a) and Latino (a) culture.
