Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to support and empower marginalized genders in the aeronautic and astronautic fields. Women currently make up less than 20% of the aeronautics and astronautics industry, and while there are many reasons for that, WoAA seeks to inspire a change in that statistic. Through organization, networking, and volunteering, WoAA empowers individuals to grow and challenge themselves both personally and professionally.
