Purpose
MedSearch at UC San Diego is dedicated to fostering the next generation of healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive guidance to its members in their exploration of medical and educational opportunities through free programs, mentorship, and access to extracurricular resources. Concurrently, our organization is committed to impactful community service by actively organizing the donation of essential care items, such as first aid kits and homemade cards, to local hospitals, homeless shelters, and refugee centers. Members will gain valuable leadership, service, and medical insight through monthly meetings, hands-on donation drives, and engagement with the broader healthcare community, ultimately contributing to both campus well-being and the greater San Diego community.
