Purpose
The Society of Civil and Structural Engineers (SCSE) is the UC San Diego student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Structural Engineers Association of San Diego (SEAOSD). Our purpose is to supplement the engineering education of UCSD students, promote the personal and professional development of our members, and improve the community of which we are part of through outreach and community service.
