- Students for Altruism (SFA) is an organization run by students which seeks to develop student potential through thoughtful and impact-driven actions aimed at societal and community well-being. The work of Students for Altruism is guided by the use of statistical evidence, transparency, reflection, and a strong work ethic geared towards empowering families, communities, and individuals in San Diego. Students for Altruism at UC San Diego also works towards socializing students so that they can become active, empowered citizens ready to transform their communities. This organization is open to students from all majors and levels!
