Purpose
Triton Ball is committed to extending classroom knowledge into the field of sports analytics by providing students with hands-on opportunities to work with and analyze data from intercollegiate sports teams. We aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application while offering workshops to help students acquire the technical skills essential for success in sports analytics. The organization will host guest speakers and industry professionals who will share their expertise and provide insights into the field of analytics and data science within the sports industry. Additionally, Triton Ball will offer networking events that allow students to connect with industry professionals and fellow students who share a passion for sports analytics, fostering collaboration and career development.
