- Hearts for the Homeless (H4H) San Diego is an organization committed to informing one of the most vulnerable populations in our nation about their cardiovascular health and overall well being by providing free blood pressure screenings, informative heart health education events, and clinical outreach opportunities for students who wish to contribute to our effort.
