- The National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi, is a leadership honor society. As an organization dedicated to building leaders who make a better world, the Society is a community where like-minded, success-oriented individuals come together to learn from and support one another. The Society was founded on the core belief that we accomplish more together than we would achieve alone. Members are provided with professional leadership training, helping them achieve their goals and gain a competitive edge in the employment market.
