- Purpose
- The Che Cafe is a community space for both the greater San Diego community and the University of California, San Diego. We identify this space as "Do It Yourself" venue, vegan cafe, resource center for radical grassroots activists. Furthermore, we open this space to people who would like to add to the space while at the same time dismantle hierarchies. The Che Cafe Collective organizes numerous political and social events for all ages and allows vegan groups to serve tasty vegan food.
