- The purpose of RHA at UC San Diego is to work with Refugee Health Alliance, a nonprofit providing the majority of health services to migrants and vulnerable populations in Tijuana, Mexico, to organize group trips to the clinic in Tijuana with medical providers, fundraising events and drives, and write grants.
