Purpose
Health Guardians of America is a health nonprofit creating solutions to nationwide healthcare issues. The current national health campaign focuses on the nationwide obesity epidemic as a clinical risk factor for chronic illnesses and diseases such as cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, and diabetes mellitus. FitlifeFlow is our flagship health project that enables a rewards-based health program for consistent exercise per recommendations by the Center for Disease and Control (CDC) and U.S. Surgeon General. It is a personal health pledge to exercise three times per week, with a minimum of 30 minutes per session, over the course of five consecutive weeks. Our Goals 1. Decrease the obesity risk among youth and young adults to preserve longevity and quality of life. 2. Influence the appropriate lifestyle change and develop healthy decision-making at an early age. 3. Educate participants on the importance of sustained health management and self-care. Our mission is to tackle one of the most pressing health issues in America through the development of sustainable public health solutions using modern technologies, the deliverance of effective health education to general population, and the empowerment of student communities to produce positive change.
